You have to get to know them first. And keep her in the blue about a few things... Keep her interested. Keep invited her to hang out and chill. Them if your with her one night and she is hinting at you (Trust me, You will know when she is) then just go for it. Just go to kiss her. If it doesn't work out. Then try again with someone else.
